The rooms were all perfect and fabulous with very comfortable beds and smaller 1 bedroom, as example. Everywhere there was clean. The venue was in a central location just next door to Breweries and Biltmore Village and the Biltmore Estate.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous location so close to an Ingels grocery store, the Biltmore and Biltmore Village, and Asheville activities.

The hotel was fairly clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Our experience here was relaxing.

We got 5 nights in this beautiful hotel, really enjoyed it. We stayed in a gorgeous room that had a fireplace, a kitchenette area and a large living room. The accommodating and pleasant staff gave good recommendations.

The suite at Residences At Biltmore was incredibly spacious and luxurious. We loved the balcony view and the real gas fireplace. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily access the Biltmore Estate. Despite a few minor issues such as ants in the kitchen and some maintenance issues in the room, the hotel staff was polite and resolved the problems promptly. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Residences At Biltmore.

My room was huge and big with quality throughout. Could use a seating area, a fireplace and a couch bed.

We got great value for our money with a spacious 1 bedroom suite that had a jetted tub and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, close to the Biltmore Estate, Gardens, and Winery, as well as downtown Asheville. The staff was friendly and fulfilled our requests promptly.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location was marvellous, for example, Colin's Creatures Store was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

My bed was a little hard, unfortunately.

When we visit Asheville, like staying here. We think its a perfect base for staying in Asheville.

The location was great, so close to downtown that if it had been warmer weather we could 've walked, in the great area.

Booked as an overnight stay on our way to Charleston. Two of us had never been to Asheville before. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the unit we stayed in. The location of the complex was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. The pool was beautiful but being handicapped it was very difficult to get to. Large shower, when you could get consistent hot/warm water. Front desk was very helpful and provided more plates and extra towels within minutes after our call.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel is clean, with amicable personal, and offers marvellous location next to Asheville, the Biltmore House and both very good eateries. The hotel rooms are perfect and impressive in smaller 1 bedroom. There is restaurant Azelea Kitchen at the premises.

The location was central, magnificent close to everything. Besides, it was just off the Biltmore and Biltmore Village as well as the mountains. I liked the room in smaller 1 bedroom. An oven, kitchenware and a washing machine were a big plus.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation with favourable setting right by the Biltmore Estate. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect rooms with a shower.

Beds were quite hard.
